Wheatfreenia started as a dream of a place where people sensitive to wheat could eat freely without having to ask about everything before they eat. An island where there were no foods with gluten in them, where life would be simple.
Sadly, we can’t afford to buy an island to bring this dream to reality, so for the time being this website will have to do.
